This is the first time I came to Sushi Forest in years. The first time I came to Sushi Forest, it was way before the fire and the long closure. The inside was like a sports bar. The sushi is alright. Nothing fancy. Overall, my first experience at Sushi Forest was ok. Then I decided to come back since the restaurant reopened and it felt different. The inside was different and beautiful. I actually felt like going to Japan. The sushi is amazing. Way better the second time. The California Roll is good, the octopus sushi is great and the Ramune soda is tasty. The mochi ice cream is delicious and sweet. Overall, Sushi Forest rebuilder themselves like a phoenix from the flame. I can’t wait to come back hungry from more delicious food.
Chefs and staff are amazing and very nice. It became a full house after we arrived with a great atmosphere. Very clean restrooms and the foods presentation and quality is fresh and delicious. Amazing first time experience, will be coming back!

Would you pay 60 for this sushi boat? It comes with 8 pieces of nigiri, 2 full sized special rolls, and 8 pieces of sashimi. Sushi forest has excellent fish quality and is easily my favorite spot in Hawaiian gardens.
A small place that most people would drive by without noticing it, but I'm glad I decided to stop here. Service is A. They are quick to sit and offer menu and their specials. I went at 5pm and they had happy hour in rolls. Buy one get one 50%. Ordered energizer roll and a dragonroll?, edamame was served as complimentary while we waited for our rolls. Also ordered fried gyoza and for dessert we ordered pineapple cake with ice cream. The rolls were great, super tasty and filling. The edamame was the usual, still pretty tasty. Gyozas were nicely fried. And the dessert as a suggestion of our waitress, was amazing. The cake was warm and moist. Also ordered some drinks. The prices are fair and the food is really good. I recommend this place and will come back.

Hello everyone. Welcome to sushi forest. This place is great for Japanese style food. The menu items are wonderful and plentiful. I recommend the 2 item bento box. Food portions are generous. There is a bit of a wait , and this place is popular, so get here early. There is plenty of parking outside. The food service is a little slow, but we'll worth the wait.
